The Cinema Audio Society (CAS) is the largest group of Sound Mixers working in production and postproduction for feature film, television, commercials, gaming, and live events and broadcasts. CAS members control and influence hundreds of buying decisions year-round for sound department vendors and suppliers. They also contain all CAS Awards voters, and the majority of Sound Mixer voters at the Emmy and Academy Awards.
