Beginnings
IngleDodd Media began its evolution over 20 years ago as a well-regarded custom publisher, eventually growing to become the leading specialist in representing Guilds, Unions, and Societies, producing their official member media and events, and providing related fundraising.
Building Trust
Based on our growing reputation for delivering high-quality work and unparalleled fundraising, we eventually gained the trust of our clients to help them create and/or grow additional media and event properties. Today, IngleDodd Media designs and produces member publications, e-newsletters, websites, email and direct mail programs, virtual and live events and more, while procuring necessary financial support from the market.

Our Services
Sales & Fundraising
Our Advertising & Sponsorship Sales Team has decades of specialized experience and an unparalleled track record in the film, television, and music fields. Our turnkey staff provides all necessary research, prospecting, procurement, client management, billing, and collections. We have represented most major membership-based craft organizations in the industry, raising tens of millions of dollars to help pay for their media, events, and other member benefits—so they don’t have to.
Media & Event Production
Our Production & Design Team has been working in the entertainment, educational, and nonprofit fields for decades, producing award-winning designs for both clients and advertisers. We have designed and produced hundreds of print and digital media projects in-house, providing all necessary design, production, material trafficking, color-correction, and pre-press services for media, as well as website design and administration.
We also fully produce virtual and live events, from member education and FYC events to full-scale award shows, managing all locations, vendors, show productions, PR, and more.
Custom Publishing
IngleDodd Media custom publishes a wide variety of membership periodicals, craft journals, directories, commemorative event program books and invitations, promotional collateral, one-sheets, posters—virtually anything that requires ink on paper. We have extensive knowledge of the printing and mailing industries, and deep relationships with union and nonunion printers in the region, including mailing houses and other delivery services.
